Cheese and Mushroom Balls Recipe

Ingredients

(For 6 People)

300 g İçim Cecil Cheese, crumbled
400g cultivated mushrooms, diced
300 g flour
200 g fine semolina
2 tbsp İçim Milk
3 eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 red onions, finely chopped
1 sprig fresh garlic, minced
4-5 sprigs of parsley, finely chopped
Salt, black pepper
A pinch of fresh thyme, finely chopped
2 lt sunflower oil

Preparation

In a non-stick frying pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onions, mushrooms, garlic, and minced fresh thyme. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat. Put all the ingredients except sunflower oil in a mixing bowl and mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan. Take pieces of the mixture you have prepared with the help of two spoons, shape them and throw them into the hot oil and fry them. Remove the browned balls from the oil with a colander and leave them on towel paper to drain the excess oil. Serve immediately.
