240 gr İçim Labneh Cheese
80 g honey
40 g almonds
1 tsp pomegranate
Wash the figs thoroughly along with their skins. Make deep cross-shaped incisions on each fig. Cut them into four separate pieces, but leave the fig whole without cutting the pieces completely. Fill the figs well by dividing the İçim Labneh Cheese. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 12 minutes until tender. Heat the honey in a saucepan. Remove the figs from the oven and transfer them to a plate, pour warm honey over them. Garnish with plenty of fillet almonds and pomegranates.
