Chesscake Recipe

Ingredients

( for 2 people )

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1.5 cups İçim Strained Yogurt
1 glass of milk
1 box of İçim labneh
3 tablespoons wheat starch
1 packet of vanilla
2 packs of Burcak biscuits
125 g butter
For the sauce;
1.5 bowls of pitted cherries
1 spoon starch

Preparation

Firstly, whisk the sugar and eggs. Add milk İçim Strained Yogurt and labne cheese respectively. Add the powdered ingredients, add flour and vanilla and continue mixing. Keep the liquid mixture aside.

Melt 125 gr butter and let it stand. Spread greaseproof paper into the clamped mold. Grind the biscuit biscuit through a rondo. Pour the melted butter into the biscuits and mix with a spoon. Pour it into greaseproof paper and press it.
Pour the liquid mixture on it and put it in the oven. When the edges are browned, remove it from the oven and wait for it to cool down. For the sauce on top, pass 1.5 bowl of pitted cherries through a rondo, put them in a pan and add 1 spoon of starch on it. Sweeten with sugar according to taste.
