2 zucchini
250 gr İçim Strained White Cheese
2 tbsp İçim Yogurt
3 eggs
1 bunch dill, chopped
4 tbsp cornmeal
1 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp flour
1 baking powder
1 teaspoon of İçim Butter
1. Grate the zucchini and leave them in a strainer for 5 minutes to remove excess water, then squeeze well.
2. Then mix İçim Cottage Feta Cheese, İçim Yogurt, egg, grated zucchini, chopped dill, corn flour, olive oil, salt, flour and baking powder to the consistency of a cake.
3. Spread 1 teaspoon of İçim Butter on a baking tray. After placing your mortar in it, bake it in an oven heated to 170 degrees for about 45 minutes.
4. After baking, cut into squares and serve. Enjoy your meal.
Note: Do not forget to apply oil to the baking tray. Otherwise, you may have difficulty removing the hash browns from the tray and cause the hash browns to fall apart.
