Date Chicken Leg Recipe

Ingredients

(For 6 People)

8 date fruits
6 chicken breast thighs
30 gr İçim Butter
½ lemon
100 g shallots
1 teaspoon curry
50g peanuts, finely chopped
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Wash the chicken legs in cold water and drain.

Mix the peanuts, İçim Butter and curry thoroughly in the food processor.

Rub the chicken with some salt and İçim Butter. Place the chickens, spaced apart, on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread the peanut and İçim Butter mixture on top.

Wash the onions, peel them, cut them in half and place them between the chicken legs. After sprinkling the sliced dates on top, pour some lemon juice, black pepper and salt over the ingredients.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 1 hour. Serve hot.
