4 pieces of chicken breast meat
20 gr Butter.
8 figs, root parts cut and cut into quarters
4 colored peppers (red and yellow)
120 ml water
100 ml grape vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon peel,
Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In the saucepan, bring the figs to a boil, stirring them together with the water, vinegar, pepper and lemon peels. Remove from heat and remove lemon peels. Grease the chicken with İçim Butter. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Chop the colored peppers into thick strips and arrange them next to the chicken. Put the tray in the oven until the chickens are browned, about 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes. Chop the chicken into small slices.
Serve with fig sauce, garnished with baked colored peppers. If you wish, you can sprinkle a few sliced dried or fresh figs on top.
