500g sea bass or sea bream, chopped into small pieces
1 onion, diced
4 jumbo shrimp
50 gr İçim Kashar Cheese
3 slices whole wheat bread, sliced
50g mussels, trimmed
1 pinch of lemon zest
1 clove of garlic
1 pinch parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Salt, black pepper
Drizzle olive oil over the slices of bread and put them in the oven preheated to 160 degrees. Spread a clove of garlic on top of the bread and chop the bread with a knife. Pass the fish fillet pieces through the food processor. Remove the shells from the shrimp and cut them into small pieces with a knife.
Grate the Cheddar Cheese very finely and small. Mix all the ingredients well with each other. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, parsley, a pinch of lemon zest and mix. Knead the ingredients. Divide the mixture into 12 equal parts and shape. Cook for another 2 minutes and drain the water. Turn off the stove.
Remove the vegetables from the pan. Put a little more olive oil in the same pan and cook the meatballs you have prepared. Fry them for 4-5 minutes, turning gently so they don’t fall apart. Serve hot.
