Grilled Green Tomatoes with Fresh Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

( for 4 people )

4 green tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp sugar
150 gr İçim Fresh Cheese
A bunch of fresh basil
Sliced whole wheat bread

Preparation

Put the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, sugar and tomatoes in a bowl and mix well. After covering the bowl with stretch film, place it in the refrigerator and keep it that way for at least 2 hours.

Take the tomatoes from the refrigerator and wait for them to cool. Grill on a heated grill pan for 3 minutes on each side.

Place the bread slices on the plate and drizzle a little olive oil on them. Place the tomatoes on the bread slices. Place the thinly sliced İçim Fresh Cheese on the tomatoes and drizzle the remaining sauce over the cheese.

Season with salt and pepper and serve garnished with fresh basil.
