Grilled Steak Recipe with Tomato Marinade

Ingredients

(For 6 People)

6 beef steaks
500 g tomatoes
500 g small green pepper
80 ml grape vinegar
60 ml lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, peeled, cut in half
2 tablespoons honey
2 tbsp İçim Butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
Fresh white and black pepper

Preparation

Use a sharp knife to mark the bottoms of the tomatoes with plus signs. Dip it into boiling water for about 1 minute and remove it. You will see that the shells peel off very easily. Peel them, remove their seeds and put them in a blender.

Peel the garlic and cut it in half. Mix with lemon juice, vinegar, İçim Butter and honey.

Mix it with tomatoes and turn it into a sauce. Place the meat on the tray, pour the sauce over it and let it rest for at least 10 hours.

Remove the steaks from the sauce and drain gently. Heat the cast iron pan and add a teaspoon of olive oil. Grill the meat for 5 minutes on both sides and serve.

You can serve the meat with the tomato sauce in which you marinated it.
