750 g turkey leg, boneless, skinless
35 g honey
2 bay leaves
30 gr İçim Butter
10 g roasted sesame seeds
150 ml vegetable broth
Salt and black pepper
Place the washed and cleaned turkey leg on the cutting board and salt it well.
Melt the İçim Butter in a large pot. After turning the meat and browning it well on all sides, turn the heat down to low. Pour a ladle of vegetable broth over the meat, cover the pot and cook for 25 minutes.
Put the sesame seeds in a large bowl and add a tablespoon of pepper. Add honey and bay leaf respectively and mix. Remove the meat from the pot and place it in a baking dish.
Remove the bay leaf from the remaining sauce in the pot and pour it over the meat. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Serve the meat you took from the oven after letting it rest for 10 minutes.
