İçim Filtered White Cheese Pastry

Ingredients

( for 4 people )

200 gr İçim Butter
1 packet of baking powder
As much flour as possible
2 eggs
For the mortar:
1.5 cups İçim Cottage White Cheese
Half a bunch of dill
Half a bunch of parsley
Salt
Black Pepper
For the top:
Sesame or black cumin
1 egg yolk

Preparation

Mix the İçim Butter, flour, baking powder and eggs brought to room temperature to obtain a soft dough. In a deep bowl, prepare a filling by mixing İçim Cottage White Cheese, finely chopped dill and parsley with salt and pepper.

Cut walnut-sized balls from the dough you have obtained and open them in your palm. Put the mortar into the dough you have opened and close it by combining it from the edges of the dough. Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds or black cumin seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees. Bon Appetit!
