İÇİMisu Recipe

Ingredients

( for 2 people )

1 pack (250g) İçim labneh
1 egg
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons starch
2 tablespoons flour
1 packet of vanilla
1 liter of İçim milk
Finely chopped seasonal fruit

Preparation

Break the egg into the pot. Add sugar on it and whisk so that they become identical. Add starch, flour and vanilla and mix. To prevent clumping, first add a glass of milk and mix well. Then add the rest of the milk and put the pot on the fire. Cook in the same direction with continuous stirring. After boiling, reduce the heat and cook for 5-10 minutes. Leave it to cool down.

Add İçim Labne into the cooled custard and whisk it with a mixer at the highest speed for about 5 minutes to prepare the cream. Fill the serving bowls one third full of cream. Add a layer of fruit on top. The second layer is filled with cream. Add the second layer of fruit on top. The last layer is completed by filling with cream. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours and then serve. Enjoy your meal.

NOTE: the same presentation can be made with semolina halva with coffee syrup instead of fruit layers. You will have tried a different flavor that resembles tiramisu, which is my own experience.
