Imam Turban Recipe with Labneh

Ingredients

( for 2 people )

4 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup flour
half a packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
3 tablespoons of cocoa
3 tablespoons of water

Cream:
3 cups of milk
1.5 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon starch
half a glass of granulated sugar
1 egg yolk
1 packet of vanilla
600 gm labneh cheese

100gr. dark chocolate

Preparation

To prepare Imam Sari dessert, first of all, we whisk the egg and sugar well. Then mix the other ingredients and continue whisking. Put greaseproof paper on the baking sheet. We spread the cake dough well and bake it in a preheated 170 degree oven.

After the cake has cooled down, we wet the water glass and cut the cakes with the glass, about 20 rounds come out. Mix all the ingredients of the cream and cook. We take one of the cakes we cut, put a bowl of labneh cheese cream, cover the cakes we cut on it and spread cream on the edges and find coconut.

After making all the other cakes in this way, we put a spoonful of the chocolate we melted in the form of bain-marie on them and spread it on the edges without overflowing. After cooling, the imam turban dessert is ready to serve.
