FOR THE CUSTARD
400g İçim labneh cheese
6 cups of milk

2 cups semolina

2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon of butter
6-7 walnuts
Put the ingredients of the custard into a pot and cook over low heat while stirring, when it starts to boil, continue stirring and boil for 5 minutes.
We wet the container where we will put the custard a little bit so that it does not stick and pour the custard. While keeping it in the deep freezer for 3-4 hours, roast the kadayıf over low heat until it turns pink, when it turns pink, add sugar and walnuts and roast for 1-2 more minutes. Pour generously over the custard.
