Labne Fruit Cake Recipe

Ingredients

( for 2 people )

1 pack of oat biscuits
1 pack of cocoa biscuits
200 gr. Labne cheese
1.5 tea glass powdered sugar
300 gr. Dark chocolate
Cake frosting

Preparation

Grind the biscuits into powder. Pour the biscuits into a deep bowl. Add the labneh cheese and powdered sugar to the biscuits and knead well until they are mixed together. When the ingredients are well combined, roll them in the palm of your hand to make small balls.

Place the balls on a tray covered with greaseproof paper. Stick a toothpick or wooden skewer into the center of the balls. Put it in the refrigerator to cool for about 1 hour. Melt 300 gr.dark chocolate in this bowl with bain-marie method. Dip the balls into the melted chocolate, holding them by the sticks. You can decorate the balls in different ways.

After dipping in chocolate, you can roll in coconut or confectioners’ sugar. Freeze and serve.
