Labneh Cake Recipe

Ingredients

( for 2 people )

125 g soft margarine
1 egg
100 g granulated sugar
250 g flour
1 pacet each of vanilla and baking powder
filling ingredients
500 gr İçim labneh
1 pk vanilla pudding
1/2 liter of milk
200 g sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 egg

Preparation

Knead the ingredients for the dough well. Roll it out with a rolling pin in the size of a round pipe. Straighten the edges of the dough and raise it. In another bowl, whisk the filling ingredients with a mixer so that there is no lump, but not at too high speed, so that the filling does not flow.

When everything is well mixed, pour it slowly over the dough. Bake at 170 degrees for 40_45 minutes. When it reaches room temperature, put it in the refrigerator. We recommend doing this the day before the service.
