4 sea bass fillets
1 lemon, cut into thin slices
For the sauce
1 tablespoon coriander
1 tablespoon cumin
4 cloves of garlic, minced
½ bunch parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon hot pepper
½ teaspoon ground red pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
8 tablespoons İçim Butter
For the sauce, soften İçim Butter in a large saucepan. Remove from the stove and let cool slightly.
Put all the other sauce ingredients in a bowl, add İçim Butter and mix well.
Wash the sea bass fillets under cold water, then drain and dry thoroughly. Place the fish on a large plate. After applying the sauce you prepared inside and outside, season it with salt and pepper.
Heat the grill or a cast-iron grill pan. Place the fish on the heated grill and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side.
Wrap the fish taken from the grill with wax paper and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Place the sea bass on a plate, on top of the remaining sauce. Serve hot with lemon slices.
