(For 6 People)
200 g flour
2 eggs
2 cups green lentils, boiled
50 gr İçim Butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 tsp mint
Knead the flour, egg and 2 tablespoons of olive oil and make it into dough. Let it rest in the fridge for at least an hour.
Cut the dough you prepared into small strips as thin as you can with the help of a rolling pin. Dry the noodles thoroughly by laying them on a clean cloth in a moisture-free place or in the oven at 60 degrees.
Melt İçim Butter in a rice pot and fry the dried noodles until their colors change. When the noodles change color, add enough warm water to cover them and close the lid. After 2 minutes, add the lentils.
Add salt, mint and black pepper. After cooking it on high heat for about 15 minutes, remove it from the stove. Serve hot.
