6 turkey thighs
10 shallots
1 quince
10 prunes
juice of 1 orange
3/4 tea glass of olive oil
2 tbsp molasses
1 teaspoon salt
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tablespoon of İçim Butter
Coarsely cut the turkeys and put them in a bowl. Add orange juice and molasses to them and leave them aside. In the meantime, cut 1 quince into cubes, pass the plums through the water and peel the shallots and mix with the turkeys. Then add the olive oil, İçim Butter, salt and paprika and put it in a chicken bag. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 1 hour and serve hot.
