Penne Recipe with Pea Sauce and Asparagus

Ingredients

( for 4 people )

250 g asparagus
500 g penne pasta
50 g peas
80 gr Butter
1 clove garlic, chopped
120 gr İçim Kashar Cheese

Preparation

To prepare the pea sauce, boil the peas in boiling salted water. Reserve 1 teaspoon or so for garnish. Remove from the water, drain and puree through a food processor.

Add the İçim Butter, 1 clove of crushed and peeled garlic and finely grated İçim Kashar Cheese and mix well again. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Cut the asparagus in half lengthwise. Blanch in boiling salted water. Drain and mix with pea sauce. Boil the penne pasta according to the cooking instructions on the package. Drain the water and mix the peas with the sauce.

Garnish the pasta you serve on the plates with İçim Kashar Cheese and pea grains.
