Practical Fruit Bundles Recipe

Ingredients

(For 6 People)

500 gr blueberries
50gr sugar
425 gr puff pastry
1 teaspoon of İçim Butter

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Mix blueberries with 40 grams of sugar over medium heat. When it clicks slightly, remove it from the heat and wait for it to cool.. Place 1 tablespoon of fruit mixture in the middle of the puff pastry. Gather the edges of the dough upwards, close it in a bundle shape and turn it upside down. Place the puff pastry you prepared on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Apply İçim Butter generously on them with a brush. Sprinkle the remaining sugar over the buttered bundles. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown. You can also try this recipe with another seasonal fruit you like.
