Practical Meat Saute Recipe

Ingredients

( for 4 people )

200 g tenderloin
1 medium onion
200 g mushrooms, sliced
20 gr Butter.
1 teaspoon olive oil
30 gr İçim Chef Cream
Half a glass of broth

Preparation

Heat the pan thoroughly on the stove. Meanwhile, dry the meat well. Juicy meat may cause the oil in the pan to burn.

Season the meat well on both sides with salt and pepper. Cook both surfaces over high heat until the color of the meat changes well, then remove it from the pan and let it rest. Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan, add butter and continue roasting. You can add a little more olive oil if necessary.

Chop the onions into cubes. Start roasting in the pan over high heat. When the mushrooms are roasted, pour some broth into the pan, scrape the bottom of the pan and deglaze. Add İçim Chef Cream.

Place the meat you set aside back into the pan. Cook both sides a little longer and remove from the stove. Serve hot with mushrooms.
