Recipe for crispy peaches with walnuts in the oven

Ingredients

(For 6 People)

100 g walnut kernels
80 g flour
80 g İçim Butter, soft
6 peaches, cut in half, pitted
80 g sugar
Salt

Preparation

Pass the walnuts through the food processor along with the granulated sugar. After putting it in a bowl, add flour, İçim Butter and a pinch of salt to it. Knead with your hands. Knead, stirring with the tips of your fingers. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 40 minutes. Crumble the rested dough with your hands. Spread it on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 12 minutes.

Put the thinly sliced peaches in the pan and swirl them over high heat for 2 minutes with half a tablespoon of sugar. Arrange the peaches you take from the pan in the baking dish and spread the walnut crunch mixture you took out of the oven on it. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for another 4 minutes. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then serve.
