Rice Cinnamon Frappe Recipe

Ingredients

300 g Jasmine fragrant rice
800 gr İçim Milk
40 g granulated sugar
Cinnamon powder
12 pieces of ice
Salt

Preparation

Wash and drain the rice. Put 600 ml of water and half a teaspoon of salt in a medium sauce pan and bring to the boil. When it reaches the boiling point, reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for about 10-12 minutes until the rice is soft and the water is absorbed. Remove from the heat and rest covered for 5 minutes, then spread the rice on a large plate and rest for another 5 minutes. Blend the rice with the ice cubes, milk, sugar and a pinch of salt. Divide your frappe among 4 serving glasses and serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
