Rice Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

( for 2 people )

1 tea glass of rice
3 tea glasses of water
1 liter of soy milk (vanilla)
1 cup sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1 pinch of salt
3 tbsp İÇİM LABNE
FOR THE BASE
50 GR butter
2 cups of corn flakes

Preparation

1-First of all, we pass our corn flakes through the rondo, mix the melted butter into it and place it at the bottom of our bowls. Boil the rice with water and keep it aside.

Add the cinnamon stick into our milk and boil it. After adding our boiled rice and boiling very little, we add salt and sugar into it, and when the sugar dissolves, we take the cinnamon stick and turn off the stove.

We mix İÇİM LABNE in it and divide it into bowls. We decorate with the fruits we want.
