150g potatoes, peeled
100 g mushrooms, cleaned, thinly sliced
10 ml İçim Chef Cream
50 g semolina
50 g flour
50 gr İçim Butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
100g salmon, skinless, sliced
A pinch of fresh thyme, chopped
A pinch of parsley, chopped
Salt, black pepper
Boil the potatoes in salted water until they are very soft. Drain the boiled potatoes, put them in the food processor and pulse until they reach a puree consistency.
Put the puree in a mixing bowl and mix it by adding semolina, flour, İçim Chef Cream, eggs and chopped fresh spices. Leave the mixture you prepared to rest.
Heat olive oil and a piece of İçim Butter in a non-stick pan. Take 3 tablespoons of the potato mixture and put it in the pan.
Place a few slices of salmon and mushrooms on top of the potatoes. Carefully turn the potato over with the salmon and mushrooms on top.
After cooking it this way for a few minutes, carefully turn it upside down again and place it on a plate and serve.
