Spinach Lasagna Recipe with İçim Uf Feta Cheese

Half a pack of ready-made lasagna
to boil;

1.5 lt boiling water
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
For the filling;
300 gr İçim
Grated Cheddar Cheese
500 g spinach
1 small onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tsp chili paste
1 teaspoon salt
For the béchamel sauce;
250 gr İçim Strained White Cheese
750 gr İçim Süt
1 tablespoon of İçim Butter
3 egg yolks
1 tsp flour


Prepare the lasagna filling first. For the inner mortar; Brown 1 onion in 2 tablespoons of olive oil for 5 minutes and add the spinach, pepper paste and salt. After frying for 2-3 minutes, turn off the heat and add 250 g of grated cheddar cheese and set aside. Brown the flour in the butter and add the milk to cook the béchamel sauce. Remove from heat and add the cottage feta cheese and egg yolks. Boil the water, olive oil and salt mixture that we have prepared to boil the lasagna. Then soak the lasagna sheets in water for 3 minutes and remove them on a kitchen cloth.

Lightly brush olive oil on the bottom of the baking dish in which we will bake. Put a ladle of béchamel sauce and arrange the lasagna on top. Pour a ladle of spinach mortar in between. Arrange the boiled lasagna sheets again. Continue this process until you run out of lasagna and spinach filling. Pour 1 ladle of the remaining béchamel sauce on top and add 50 g of grated cheddar cheese and bake in the oven heated to 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
