1 steak
2 leaves of lettuce
1 boiled egg
İçim White Cheese
Sandwich bread
In a lightly oiled skillet, cook the steak on both sides to the desired doneness. Cut your bread in half. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom, arrange the slices of İçim Cottage Cheese on it and place the cooked steak on top. On the steak, slice the boiled egg in half and place it on top of the cheese slices and place two more slices of İçim Cottage Cheese on top.
Serve the sandwich warm.
