Sugar Free Homemade Milk Cake with İçim Chief Cream


For the dough
175 g cake flour
180 ml İçim Milk
1 egg
½ pack of İçim Chief Cream
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanillin
1.5 tablespoon cocoa
5 tablespoons molasses
1 pinch of salt

For the filling;

½ pack of İçim Chief Cream
1 tablespoon honey
1 Anamur banana


– Put 175 g of cake flour, 1.5 tablespoons of cocoa, 1 packet of baking powder, 1 packet of vanillin and 1 pinch of salt in a bowl and mix.
– In a separate bowl, add 1 egg, ½ pack of İçim Chief Krema, 5 tbsp molasses and 180 ml İçim Milk and whisk. Add this mixture to the dry mixture and whisk until smooth. Do not whisk too long and wake up the gluten. You only need to stir it.
– Place the cast iron skillet upside down on the stove. Grease the reverse side of the pan with a napkin and bring it to itself.
– Lower the heat of the cast iron skillet so that the pancakes cook quickly and do not burn.
– Take a small ladle, about 25 g of the pancake mixture and pour it into the pan.
– The pancake is ready when the tops of the pancakes are glossy. Check the color of the bottom with a spatula.
– Bake the whole mixture in the same way and place on a tray to cool.
– With this mixture, you will get 16 single pancakes and 8 double pancakes. ” For the filling, put ½ packet of freshly unrefrigerated İçim Şef Krema in a bowl and whisk it with a mixer at low and then high speed until it froths and solidifies.
– When the cream has thickened, add 1 tablespoon of honey and whisk for a few more minutes until it becomes stiff again.
– Divide the mixture into two equal parts and puree 1 banana in a food processor and mix into one of them. In this way, two fillings that will add a different flavor to the pancake are ready.
– Spread 1 tablespoon of cream inside the cooked pancakes, cover the pancakes again and place on a serving plate. Do the same with the banana filling.
– Keep it in the refrigerator until it cools down and your İçim Milk burgers with two different flavors are ready.
