Tiramisu Recipe

Ingredients

( for 2 people )

1 ready-made sponge cake
2.5 cups of milk
3 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of flour
1 egg
200 grams of İçim labneh
For soaking; 1 water glass of hot water and 3-in-1 instant coffee

For the top;

cocoa and turkish coffee

Preparation

First of all, whisk the sugar, flour, milk and eggs for the custard and cook it on the stove by stirring until it boils. After boiling, turn off the heat and let it cool down. Wait for 15 minutes and after it warms up, add labne cheese and whisk it with a mixer until it becomes smooth.

On the other hand, prepare instant coffee by dissolving it in hot water and wait for it to cool slightly. Place a layer of sponge cake on a serving plate and soak it with half of the coffee. Add half of the cream on top, soak the top layer with the remaining coffee and cover with the second layer. Pour the remaining cream and cover the top and sides of the cake well.

Finally, sprinkle cocoa and Turkish coffee over the cake with the help of a strainer. Refrigerate for a few hours and then slice and serve. Bon appetit’
