350 g ground beef
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 halves of bread
2 green peppers
4 tablespoons İçim Creamy Yogurt
5 slices of bread
1 dry onion
1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp İçim Butter
Place the minced meat in an oval bowl. Add cumin, salt, black pepper and bread crumbs. Knead the grated onion and its juice thoroughly for 7-8 minutes.
Take egg-sized pieces from the meatball mixture you have prepared and roll them into thin balls. Give it a cylindrical shape with your hand. Repeat this process for all the meatball mixture. After piercing the middle of the meatballs with a skewer, remove the skewers.
Cut the bread halves in half, including the heels. Apply İçim Butter on both sides and fry in a pan. Melt the remaining butter in the same pan and fry the meatballs you have prepared.
When the meatballs start to brown, put the previously chopped garlic and peppers into the pan and turn them around for a few minutes.
Take the meatballs, add the tomatoes you chopped and cook until it reaches the consistency of sauce. Throw the meatballs into the sauce and let them absorb the taste of the sauce.
Arrange the buttered bread, meatballs and peppers on the plate, respectively. Enjoy your meal.
