300 g risotto rice
2 liters of vegetable broth
1 shallot onion
80 gr Butter
50 gr İçim Kashar Cheese, grated
Boil vegetable broth. Put the rice and shallots in a pot with içim butter and put it on the stove.
After frying, slowly add boiling vegetable broth. Cook the rice, stirring occasionally. After 15 minutes, remove from heat and add İçim Butter first and mix quickly.
Secondly, add İçim Kashar Cheese and set some aside to decorate it.
Finally, add cherry tomatoes cut into slices and grated İçim Kashar Cheese and serve.
