Recipe for Pita Bread with İçim Uf Feta Cheese and Bacon

Ingredients

2 tbsp İçim Yogurt
2 tbsp İçim Butter
450 g flour
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 packet of baking powder
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Inner material;
500 gr İçim Uf Feta Cheese
150 g bacon

Preparation

Knead all the ingredients of the dough well in a hollow bowl. Roll the dough into a soft ball, cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes. From this dough, make balls the size of walnuts. Roll out each dough ball to a diameter of about 15 cm. Place the grated cottage feta cheese in the middle, then a slice of bacon. Gently curl the two edges inward. This way, your material won’t stick out of the dough. Shape the rolled dough into pita bread. Brush with egg yolk. Bake in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for 20 minutes.
