Stone Kebab Recipe

Ingredients

( for 2 people )

60 gr Butter.
750 g beef (cubed)
250 g onions
250 g tomatoes
1 carrot
Half a tablespoon of salt
Half a tablespoon of black pepper
1.5 cups of water
1 tbsp İçim Kaymak

Preparation

1. Put İçim Butter in the pot and add the diced meat and sauté the meat lightly.
2. Chop the onion into cubes.
3. Then add the onion and continue to roast the meat.
4. When the onions turn pink, add the small cut tomatoes without skin, carrot, salt, pepper and hot water and cook for 1.5 hours until the meat becomes soft.
5. After cooking, add İçim Kaymak and serve. Enjoy your meal.

Note: Take care to chop the carrots and tomatoes very small so that they do not remain alive.
