Corn Tortillas

Ingredients

1 egg
1 cup İçim Tava Yogurt
Half a glass of olive oil
1 cup flour
2 cups cornmeal
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Salt
Baking powder

Preparation

1. Put all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix
2. Place it in a cake mold or tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 150 degrees until golden brown

Knack: The consistency of the dough should be like cake batter. If the consistency is thick, you can open the consistency with very little water. Bon Appetit
