Purple Cabbage and Carrot Tarator with İçim Filtered Yoghurt ​

Ingredients

• 5-6 carrots
• 1/3 red cabbage
• 4 tablespoons of olive oil
• 2 bowls of İçim Filtered Yoghurt
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 handful of walnuts
• 1 pinch of dill

Preparation

•Prepare and cook carrots and purple cabbage in separate containers.
•Grate the carrot and cabbage separately and put them in separate pans. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to both of them and fry them well. (The heat will not be too high.)
• Add 1 teaspoon of salt to each of them.
• When it is well roasted, put it on separate plates and after it has cooled, add İçim Filtered Yoghurt, mayonnaise, crushed garlic and walnuts to both.
• Mix without crushing too much until it gives its color to the yoghurt.
• You can serve it the way you want or as shown in the image. (For the shapes in the image, you can use a round mold or by neatly cutting the bottom of a paper cup.)
• For an optional colorful sauce, grate the carrots and cabbage and squeeze out some of their water. Add a small amount of Filtered Yoghurt and mix and your sauce is ready.
