Spinach Pie Recipe

Ingredients

( 10 Persons )

For the Dough

500 g flour
250 ml water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp grape vinegar
1 teaspoon salt

For Internal Filling

600g spinach leaves, chopped
300 gr İçim Fresh Cheese
Salt, black pepper
150 gr İçim Butter
125 ml olive oil

Preparation

1. Knead the dough ingredients well in a mixing bowl. Cover and let rest in a cool place for 30 minutes.
2. Knead the rested dough again on a flat surface and divide it into 4 equal parts.
3. Roll each piece again and cover them with a cloth after drizzling them with flour. Leave on for 1 hour.
4. Mix the spinach, İçim Fresh Cheese, a pinch of salt and pepper and prepare the filling of the pastry.
5. Roll out the dough balls thinly on the counter where you have sprinkled flour.
6. Whisk the butter and olive oil and mix them and spread them liberally on the dough with the help of a brush.
7. Cut the dough into four equal parts.
8. Put the mortar material on one piece of dough and cover the other on top.
9. Put it in a tray lined with baking paper. Lightly rub your oil mixture over them.
10. Bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve warm. Enjoy your meal.
