White Chocolate Brownie Recipe

Ingredients

30 g cocoa
90 g flour
200g dark chocolate, cut into pieces
120g white chocolate, cut into pieces
120 gr İçim Butter
150 g sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Melt the butter together with the dark chocolate in a bain-marie. Add sugar and beat well with a mixer. Add the eggs one at a time and continue to mix. Add vanilla extract and salt, remix. Sift the flour and cocoa and add them to the mixture.

Grease your baking tin, line the bottom and sides of it with baking paper so that it overflows the edges. Pour half of your brownie mixture into your mold and pour the white chocolate chips over it. After adding the remaining brownie mixture to it, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve the brownie warm with chocolate chips on top if you wish.
