Artichoke Basket Recipe
Ingredients
Artichoke basket recipe is a practical dish that offers a delicious taste. With this recipe, you can both impress your guests and have a special dining experience for yourself.

- 4 fresh artichokes
- 250 grams of puff pastry
- 250 grams of potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 200 grams of fresh spinach, separated into florets
- 150 grams İçim Labneh Cheese
- 50 ml İçim Süt
- 30 grams İçim White Cheese
- 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- chopped parsley
- 1 clove of garlic, with its peel
- 1 sprig thyme
- 1 onion, sliced
- 80 ml grape vinegar
- 80ml water
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
To clean the artichokes, cut their stems and soak them in lemon water. This way the artichokes will not darken.
Place 4 artichokes in a pot and drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil on them.
