Cheese Raw Pie Recipe

Ingredients

( for 4 people )

For the dough
550 g flour
125 ml of water
Salt
For the mortar
150 g minced meat
100 gr İçim Kashkaval Cheese
1/2 onion, grated
Salt, black pepper
Frying oil

Preparation

Preparation: Knead the dough ingredients in a mixing bowl. Cover and let rest for half an hour. Grate the Cheddar Cheese. Add the minced meat, onion, pepper and salt and mix well.

Divide the dough into 8 equal parts. Roll it out with a rolling pin, leaving it thick. Put mortar material on one side of the dough you have obtained and close it in the shape of a half moon. Fry them briefly in hot oil and place them on a paper towel. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes, remove the oil and serve without cooling.
