Blackberry Muffin Recipe

Ingredients

(For 6 People)

300 g flour
120 gr İçim Butter
200 g sugar
2 eggs, beaten
150 ml İçim Milk
5 g baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
150 g blackberries

Preparation

Beat the butter with the sugar with a mixer until it becomes creamy. Add the beaten eggs on top. While continuing to mix, add the Drinking Milk. Stop the mixer when it becomes a soft and smooth mixture. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt and put them in another bowl. Add it to the first liquid mixture you prepared and fold it from bottom to top and mix with a spatula.

Add the blackberries and mix gently. Pour the mixture into muffin tins and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
